Workplace Dialogue Circles

Workplace Dialogue Circles provide a regular time for employees from all levels of the workplace to feel heard and valued.

During the Dialogue Circles, a trained facilitator asks questions to elicit discussion about issues identified by the employees. The group then creates lasting solutions.

  • Education (schools, universities, administrative offices) 
  • Restaurants  (“front” and “back” staff)
  • Law Offices  (partners, lawyers, paralegals and support staff)

Workplace Community Conferences
